One thing clear, I'm not actually a granny. Although the thought of being a granny and having a forum is rather cool. But anyway, I made this thing so that everyone can discuss their creative interests (and a language board because I have a fetish for foreign languages). I am a particular fan of the old music, though movies and books are other interests. I also like watching sport, although playing it is a completley different matter. Forumla 1, which I've only got into this season, is a particularly great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. My favourite bands are The Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Scissor Sisters, and a wonderful band from Moldova called Zdob Si Zdub. My favoruite films are probably the Lord of the Rings ones. And I'm very into Ian Rankin's Rebus novels at the moment. Gripping books. I speak English and passable French and German, though I can say about ten different phrases in Dutch and Welsh.
